A new beginning - I'm so excited that I just can't hide it (and I won't)
I'm making a new beginning after 13 years working and loving the students and families and staff of Memphis Catholic Middle & High School. We've built so many memories and I will always have some Charger blue blood in me. The memories that have been shared with me by alumni who date all the way back to the 1950s are amazing. The institution may be passing away, but the Memphis treasure know as Memphis Catholic High and all its heritage schools will never die. Back in July 2006, I had just left a 15 year career with Terminix International and found the amazing opportunity to lead the newly founded Education That Works corporate internship program at Memphis Catholic. I cannot express enough of how proud I am of all the 9th through 12th graders who went to work in corporate offices across Memphis and Shelby County for one day each week throughout their high school careers.
